On Thursday 20 August 2026 (10am–3pm), we will be hosting our annual Post-Results Clearing Day event for young people receiving GCSE, BTEC and A Level results, as well as those who are currently NEET.
Local Sixth Forms, Colleges, Training Providers, Key Workers and Engagement Coaches will be available to offer advice, discuss options and help young people secure their next steps.
“Got your results and still looking for a Sixth Form, College place or an Apprenticeship? Come and find out what is available! Local Sixth Form, Colleges, Training Providers, Key Workers and Engagement Coaches will be on hand to help.”
Need your old exam results?
Gov.uk has provided information on how to get a replacement certificate or what you can do if your exam board no longer exists. You can find this information here: https://www.gov.uk/replacement-exam-certificate
You will need to find out which exam boards your exams were with in order to request replacement transcripts. The main exam boards used within the UK are:
- AQA
- Council for Curriculum and Examinations Assessment (CCEA)
- Pearson Edexcel
- Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Exams (OCR)
- Welsh Joint Examinations Committee (WJEC)
Schools and colleges are required to retain certificates for a period of 12 months after they are issued, however, they may still be able to help. Although schools may not be able to provide you with a certificate, they can provide Universities and Colleges with a copy of your exam results, however, schools can only go back so far.
