‘Break through on your creative journey’
What is this HATCH?
HATCH is a creative project for Young Artists aged 16 to 25 who want to develop their craft and take the next step into processional work. The project will offer mentoring and space, alongside a network of young creatives to collaborate and develop your ideas. With the support of LYT, the project will work towards a creative festival in August 2023 where you will showcase your talents and your creative practice.
Those who take part in HATCH will have the opportunity to apply for a commission of £2500 to further develop your work to be showcased at LYT’s 2024 festival.
Who can take part?
This project is for young artists aged 16-25 who live or learn in Lewisham and would like to develop their own creative practice as writers, directors, performers, designers, producers etc…
When & Where is it?
Weekly sessions: Fridays 6-8pm from 9th June – 28th July 2023
Performance Dates: 2nd August – 5th August Sessions & performances will be at: 142-144 Lewisham High Street, SE13 6JG
